Miss Magpie is not responsible for any damages to products after it has left our premises and the parcel is in transit with the courier. It is Miss Magpie’s responsibility to wrap it sufficiently for safe courier.
The above applies to damages in transit or lost parcels at the hands of the courier service.
RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product, you can ship to the above address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
